The grievance of the petitioners is that the respondents are not paying enhanced compensation for the lands and trees situated in Gundavolu Village, Rapur Mandal, SPSR Nellore District in terms of the Judgment and decree passed by this Court dated 04.08.2023 in L.A.A.S.No.120 of 2015 in L.A.O.P.No.09 of 2003.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Land Acquisition appearing for the respondents.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that being^notsatisfied with the quantum of compensation quantified in L.A.O.P.No.09 of 2003, the petitioners filed L.A.A.S.No.120 of 2015 before this Court and this Court was pleased to dispose of the said L.A.A.S.No.120 of 2015 on 04.08.2023 enhancing the compensation for the trees.

In reply, learned counsel for the petitioners requested this Court to dispose of the writ petition by recording the submissions made by the learned Assistant Government Pleader.

Considering the submissions made by both the learned counsels, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to deposit the enhanced compensation to the credit of E.P.No.50 of 2024 in L.A.O.P.No.09 of 2003 on

the file of Senior Civil Judge Court, Gudur, within a period of three (03) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
