This Contempt Case is filed to punish the respondents for willful disobedience of the order, dated 18.04.2022 passed by this Court in W.P.No.2536 of 2015.

Originally, the Writ Petition No.2536 of 2015 is^{filedtodeclaretheactionof} the respondent Nos.2 to 5 and their subordinates in trying to dispossess the petitioners from the land admeasuring Ac.6.00 i.e. Ac.1.00 each in Sy.No.185 situated at A.Gokulapadu Village, Kalluru Mandal of^Kurnool District without issuing any notice and contrary to the proceedings dated 22.06.2010,

09.01.2012 and 07.08.2012 of the respondent No.1 and proceedings dated 31.05.2011 of the respondent No.2 as illegal, arbitrary and violative of principles of natural justice and consequently prayed to direct the respondents not to dispossess the petitioners from the subject land and further to direct the respondents to grant regular pattas in favour of the petitioners in view of the said reports.

After hearing, this Court, by order dated 18.04.2022, passed an order directing the petitioners therein to make a representation to the authorities concerned by ventilating their grievances, within a period of two (02) weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of the order and on making such representation, the authorities are directed to take action and pass appropriate orders on the said'representation, strictly in accordance with law, within a period of two (02) weeks, from the date of representation of the petitioners. Thereafter, the petitioners herein made a representation, dated 13.05.2022, but no information has been received by the petitioners herein. Hence, they resorted to file the present Contempt Case against the respondents. 4. The respondents filed their counter affidavit stating that the writ petitioners submitted a representation dated 13.05.2022 to the District Collector, requesting to assign permanent pattas for one acre of land each in Sy.No.185 of A.Gokulapadu Village for livelihood. On examining their representations, detailed orders were issued vide proceeding No. Rc.K.29/SWLA/2013 dated 23.06.2022 rejecting the request of the petitioners for assignment of lands.

It has been categorically stated that the said orders have been communicated to the writ petitioners through a registered post and the same were delivered to all the petitioners on 07.07.2022. Copies of the postal receipts, consignment reports have also been enclosed^{withthecounter.}

In that view of the matter, this Court comes to a conclusion that the respondents have complied with the orders dated 18.04.2022 passed by this Court in W.P.No.2536 of 2015. There is no wilful disobedience to the order

passed by this Court.
