ORDER:

This contempt case is filed against the respondents for willful disobedience of the orders dated 15.11.2023 passed by this Court in W.P.No.15726 of 2023.

In view of the compliance reported by the leaned counsel for the respondents on 20.08.2025, the matter was posted to today for getting instructions by the learned counsel for the petitioner. But, today there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the respondents reiterated that the amounts were already paid and, no further orders are required to be passed in the contempt case.

Recording the submission of the learned counsel for the respondents, the Contempt Case is closed. No order as to costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in the contempt case shall stand closed.
