provisions of The Andhra Pradesh Charitable and Hindu Religious Institutions and Endowments Act, 1987 and offends Articles 14 and 19 of Constitution of India and consequentially to set asidethe sameand to direct the 2 nd respondent to constitute a regular trust board for 5 th respondent charitable institution as required under Section 15(2) of said "' Act. lA NO: 1 OF 2020 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in thecircumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition, the High Court may be pleased to suspend the operation of order of 3rd respondent in Proceedings Rc.No.A5/886/2019, dated.13.01.2020 where under, the 6*^ respondent is appointed as Single Trustee of 5‘^ RespondentTank.

Heard the learned eounsel for the petitioner, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Endowments for the respondent Nos.l to 4 and the learned Standing Counsel for the respondent No.5.

- This Writ Petition is filed questioning the proceedings of the respondent No.3 dated 13.01.2020 appointing the respondentNo.6as Single Trustee of the respondent No.5/Trustee.
- On the other hand, the learned Standing Counsel appearingfor the respondent No.5 submits that the term of the respondentNo.6has already expired under the impugned proceedings dated13.01.2020of the respondent No.3 and as such no cause survives in this Writ Petition.
- Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Interim order, if any, deemed to have been vacated. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any,shallstand closed.
