ORDER:
When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is observed from the proceeding sheet that on 19.11.2024, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner and the matter was posted to today, under the caption ‘For Dismissal’. But today also, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.
Learned Standing Counsel for the respondents submits that pursuant to the notification, the 3rd respondent is running the subject retail outlet, since 2010. In view of the same, the cause in the present Writ Petition does not survive. Therefore, the Writ Petition becomes infructuous.
Recording the said submission, Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
