ORDER:
This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of
India seeking the following relief:-
“….to issue an Order or a Direction or a Writ more in the nature of Writ of Mandamus by declaring the action of the Respondent No.5 in retaining the Original Academic Certificates i. e., 10th Class Certificate, Intermediate Short Memo, Study and Conduct Certificate and Transfer Certificate of the Petitioner as illegal, arbitrary, contrary to the Andhra Pradesh Private Universities Establishment Rules 2017 and UGC Notifications on Refund of Fee and Non-Retention of Original Certificates October 2018, and AICTE Circular Dt.29.03.2019 as well as Articles 14 and 16 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the Respondent No.1 to 5 to return the Original Academic Certificates and other documents etc. I. e., 10th Class Certificate, Intermediate Short Memo, Study and Conduct Certificate and Transfer Certificate of the Petitioner forthwith..”
passed the following interim order:
“…. In view of the same, there shall be interim direction to the 5th respondent to pass appropriate orders on the legal notice, dated 06.03.2024, issued by the petitioner, within a period of two (02) weeks from the date of the receipt of a copy of this order.”
4. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is closed. There
shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall also
stand closed.
