When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is observed from the docket order that there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner on 12.11.2024.
Then the matter was posted to 15.11.2024 under the caption ‘for dismissal’.
But, today there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. This indicates
that the petitioner is not evincing any interest in prosecuting the matter.
Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
