| 2. Review I.A. has been filed by the writ petitioner, to review the judgment dated 26.02.2024 in W.P.No.47838 of 2018. 3. Against the petitioner, the disciplinary proceedings were taken and in order of punishment, 100% cut of pension was passed on 27.07.2001. Challenging the said order, O.A.No.5986 of 2001 was filed. It was rejected on 07.04.2009. However, for the reasons not known, the petitioner continued to receive the payment of the pension until February, 2016, where the said fact was noticed. But in spite of the order of punishment, the payment was being made. The order was passed on 10.02.2016 directing the office of the Sub-Treasury to stop payment of the pension.
