without following the procedural aspect. Therefore, learned counsel requests this Court to pass appropriate orders. 6. Per contra, learned Special Counsel for NREGS submits that basing on the complaint of the villagers, the 4^^ respondent appointed Assistant Project Director to conduct an enquiry and accordingly, the Assistant Project Director submitted report to 4^^ respondent on 09.09.2019. Basing on the enquiry report, the 4**^ respondent issued Show-Cause notice on 13.09.2019 and also provided opportunity for personal hearing on 21.10.2019. After perusing the entire records and enquiry report, the 4'^ respondent found that the petitioner committed irregularities and finally terminated the petitioner from service on 30.12.2019. He further submits that the 4*'^ respondent followed the procedure laid down in the Circular No.666/EGS(P)/2012, dated 08.01.2013. He further submits that subsequent to removal of the petitioner from his service, one P.Ravikumar was appointed as Field Assistant in Buridi Kancharam Gram Panchayat, Ponduru Mandal, Srikakulam District vide proceedings Rc.No.275/2016/EGS/SM/JM/REC, dated 20.11.2022 and at present, there is no vacancy available in Buridi Kancharam Gram Panchayat, Ponduru Mandal, Srikakulam District. Therefore, learned counsel prays to dismiss the writ petition.
