This writ petition is filed by the petitioners challenging the common order passed by the Chairperson Cum Presiding Officer, Industrial Tribunal Cum Labour Court, Ananthapuram in M.P No.5 of 1995,on28.08.2014.
- The petitioners herein are respondents in the impugnedcommonorder dated 28.08.2014. In the impugned common order, the labour court has passed an order as under:
“12) The amount claimed by the Petitioners in their respective petitions slightly differs to the amount as contained in Ex.W-1 to W-6. A perusalofEx.W-1 to W- and their comparison with the claim of the Petitioners disclosesthatthePetitionersdidnotdeduct the amount paid by the Respondents in part. The net amount after deducting the amount paid is clearly shown in Ex.W-1 to W-6. Therefore the Petitioners are entitled only to the amount that is contained in Ex.W-1 to W-6.
- Aggrieved by the aforesaid order, the present writ petition has been filed.
- Heard learned Government Pleader for l&CAD and learned Government Pleader for Labour.
- Today, when this writ petition came up for hearing,learnedGovernment Pleader has informed this Court that the order passed by the Industrial Tribunal Cum Labour Court, Anantapur on 28.08.2014 were implemented by

the Executive Engineer, SRBC Division-3, Nandyal. As such, learned Government Pleader sought permission of this Court to close this writ petition.
As a sequel. Interlocutory Applications pending, if any, in this Writ
Petition, shall stand closed.
