This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief;
“… to issue an appropriate writ of mandamus declaring the inaction of the respondents more particularly 4th respondent herein not completing the investigation according to law in Crime No. 138/2016 dated 23.05.2016 for the offences committed by accused therein u/s 420 IPC on the file of 4th respondent herein as illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional and consequently direct the respondents more particularly 4th respondent to complete investigation in Crime No 138/2016 dated 23.05.2016 for the offences committed by accused therein u/s 420 IPC on the file of 4th respondent herein according to law and to arrest the accused forthwith and to pass …”
