Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue an order, writ or direction more particularly in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring that the action of the Respondent Nos.2 in not considering my representation through e-mail dated 09.10.2021 to award Ph.D in Education is as arbitrary, violation of principles of Natural Justice and violation of Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India and issue consequential direction to the Respondent No.2 to award Ph.D Degree in Education with topic on A Study of Administrative behaviour and Attitude Towards Educational Administration of Principals of DIETs in Karnataka completed by the petitioner and pass

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned counsel appearing for the respondents.

During the course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner as well as Mr.M.Kotewsara rao, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the 2^nd respondent University would submit that the issue involved in this Writ Petition is squarely covered by earlier orders of this Court in W.P.No.23372 of 2021, dated 15.11.2023. Operative portion of the said order, reads as under:

“ In view of the above facts and circumstances of the case, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondent No.2/ University to complete the process as resolved by the Executive Council of the respondent No.2/University in respect of scholars admitted prior to 11.07.2009, also, within a period of Three (03) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order .”

In view of the same, for the reasons alike in the aforesaid order, this Writ Petition is also disposed of in terms of the order dated 15.11.2023 passed by this Court in W.P.No.23372 of 2021. There shall be no order as to costs.

Registry is directed to attach the copy of the order dated 15.11.2023 passed by this Court in W.P.No.23372 of 2021 to this order.
