This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the
Constitution of India seeking the following relief;
… to issue a writ or direction more
particularly in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of Respondent Nos. 3 to 5 on the instigation of Respondent No. 6 in involving the Civil disputes between the Petitioners and Respondent No 6 is illegal, arbitrary, unjust and against the Articles 14, 19, 20, 21 and 300A of the constitution of India and also against the principles of natural justice and consequently direct the Respondent Nos. 3 to 5 not to interfere in Civil disputes between the Petitioners and Respondent No.6 in respect of subject matter of property in A.S.Nos. 351 of 2017

and 352 of 2017 before the Hon’ble High Court of Andhra Pradesh and pass ”
Government Pleader for Home, on instructions, submitted that no report was received from the petitioners or from the unofficial respondent and that the police are not interfering with the civil disputes between the parties.
