This Writ Petition is filed to declare the action of^respondents, more particularly respondents 2 and 3 herein, in repeatedly^interfering with the civil disputes between the petitioners 3 and^{4andrespondents} 4 to 7 herein, thereby unlawfully interfering with^{themanagementof} petitioner No.l Society and petitioner No.2 School^{withoutfollowing} due process of law, as illegal and arbitrary.

Today, when the matter came up for hearing, learned^Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on instructions, submitted that respondents 2 and 3 are not interfering with the affairs^ofpetitioner No.l Society and petitioner No.2 School.

In view of the said submission made by the learned^Assistant Government Pleader for Home, the Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
