- Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home has furnished a copy of written instructions dated 06.03.2024, received from Inspector of Police, II Town Police Station, Visakhapatnam City, stating that basing on the complaint, the case in Cr.No.317 of 2015 was registered against the accused. After investigation, the charge sheet was filed and the same was numbered vide C.C.No.697 of 2018 , on the file of the learned II Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Visakhapatnam. The said C.C. is pending for trial.
- In view of the submissions made by learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for respondents and upon perusing the written instructions filed by respondent Police, this Court is of the opinion that, nothing survives in the present Writ Petition for further adjudication.
- Accordingly, this Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
