This petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the

following relief:-

“… to issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate Writ, Order or Orders, Direction or Directions to declare

the Demand Notice No.4446/M2/96 dated 10.9.2015 of the 3^rd respondent as illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional and also contrary to the Order of the Honble Court in WP.No.18074/2015 dated 28.7.2015 and to set aside the same and to issue a consequential direction to the ri respondent to act in accordance with law ….

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Mines and Geology appearing for the respondents.

On hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter is squarely covered by a order passed by this Court in W.P.No.33597 of 2015, dated 20.11.2024, and hence, requests this Court to pass similar order in this petition also.

the respondents opposed for grant of any relief in this Writ Petition and prays to dismiss the same.

In view of the submission made by both the learned counsel, and upon perusing the entire material available on record, this Court deems fit to dispose of the present Writ Petition in terms of the said order.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of in terms of the order dated 20.11.2024 passed by this Court in W.P.No.33597 of 2015. There shall be no order as to costs.

The Registry is directed to attach a copy of the order passed in W.P.No.33597 of 2015 , dated 20.11.2024 to this order.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand
