No. 36-4-1, measuring 6.3 X 25 Sq. feet belonging to 4th respondent temple situated at Market Street, Kakinada Town and Mandal, Kakinda District as bad, illegal, arbitrary and violative Articles 14, 16, 21 and 300-A of Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents 1 to 7 to handover the possession of the subject shop and to protect petitioner possession till the end of thy lease period.
