Education Act, 1982 and in violation of the Rights guaranteed under the Constitution of India and consequently set aside the letter dated 09.11.2020 issued by the 4th respondent and direct the respondents to continue the petitioner in service till he attains the age of superannuation on completing the age of 60 years
