Sri T.Balaji, learned Standing counsel for the respondent No.2-College is present.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the prayer in the writ petition would not survive, on accountof lapse of time and the petitioners have attained the age of
superannuation long back.
The present writ petition is closed, leaving it upon to the petitioners to raise any grievance which is to be addressed by the respondent No.2-College by initiating separate proceedings.
Accordingly, this writ petition is closed. There shallbe
no order as to costs.
