Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a Writ, Order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, declaring the action of the respondent No.1 and 2 in promoting the 3^*^ respondent to the post of Senior Assistant ignoring the Statutory Rule No.33 of the Endowments Employees Service Rules as illegal, void, consequentially call for the records of the 1st and 2nd respondent and set aside the promotion order given in favour of the 3'"^ respondent in violation of Statutory rule by directing the respondents to promote the petitioner to the post of Senior
Assistant with as contingent and consequential benefits as it has to be filled up by way of Seniority only.
