the petitioner for running the tea stall business inthepremisesof5 respondent/Yemmiganur bus station, Yemmiganur depotforaperiod of five years i.e., from 01.10.2019 to 30.09.2024.Hefurthersubmits that the petitioner has been running the tea stallwithoutanyadverse remarks whatsoever. The license period is going to expire on 30.09.2024. While so, the petitioner submitted a representation dated 14.08.2024 to the respondents requesting to extend the license period for further period. But the respondent authorities neither considered the representation nor extended the license period. Hence, the present Writ Petition. 4. Learned Standing Counsel for respondent Nos.2 to5would submit that the representation submitted by the petitioner on 14.08.2024 would be considered by the respondent authorities in accordance with law, within a reasonable time. 5. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel for respondent Nos.2 to 5 and on perusal of the materialplacedon record, this Court is of the considered view that theWritPetitioncan be disposed of directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 14.08.2024 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within aperiodoftwo(2) weeks from the date of receipt of coy of this Order.Tillsuchtime,the petitioner shall be continued.
