Excise (Grant of Licence of Selling by Shop and Conditions Licence) Rules 2012 vide Rc.No.33/2015/Cl dt. 30.06.2015 is contrary law, Rules and also A.P.Exice Act and violation of Articles 14, 19 (1(g) & 21 of Constitution of India and violation of principles of natural justice for shifting the 5*^ respondent A-4 License shop to the operation area of the Petitioner contrary to Rule 28 (3) of the said Rules and consequently set aside the 2'"'^ respondent proceedings vide C.R.NO.15022/8/2016/CPE/E2 dated 09.01.2017.
