- Learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that during the pendency of the writ petition, the investigating officer completed the investigation in Crime No.99 of 2015 and filed charge sheet and the same was numbered as C.C.No.335 of 2016 on the file of the learned Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Srikakulam and the said case was ended in acquittal on 26.04.2017.
- In view of the same and as nothing survives for further adjudication, the Writ Petition is closed. No order as to costs.
As a sequel, interlocutory applications, if any pending, shall stands closed.
