Heard learned counsel for the petitioner appeared through virtual mode and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home representing the State.

Sri S.Sarath Kumar, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home on written instructions would submit that the police registered a case in Crime No.780 of 2024, dated 29.08.2024 for the offence under Sections 420 & 506 I.P.C. of Penamaluru Police Station, Krishna District.

In that view of the matter, the purpose of the Writ^Petitionis fulfilled.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed, as no further orders are required in this matter. There shall be no orders as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
