Heard Sri.T.V.V.Koteswara Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri.R.S.Manidhar Pingali, learned Assistant Government^{PleaderforServices} for respondents.

Writ Petition is filed to declare the proceedings vide Rc.No.815/G4/2013, dated 23.06.2014 issued by the 4‘^ respondent and the proceedings of the 1®‘ respondent vide memo No.5242A/C.III^{2/2011-7dated} 11.01.2013 and proceedings vide Rc.No.10/PHC/2012 dated^{15.07.2014,as} illegal and arbitrary.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that against the proceedings of the respondent vide Rc.No.815/G4/2013,^{dated23.06.2014} (Ex.P.1), the petitioner filed an appeal dated 09.07.2014 (Ex.P.15) before the 2^^ respondent. Learned counsel would submit that the 2"^ respondent does not dispose of the appeal.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader, on instructions,^wouldsubmit that because of the bifurcation of the State and shifting of office of the 2 nd respondent, the record in the office of the 2'^'^ respondent was misplaced. He would urge that if the petitioner submits one more copy of Ex.P.1 along with Ex.P.15 and other documents, the 2"^ respondent will pass appropriate orders as per law.

In reply, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner will furnish a copy of Ex.P.1 along with Ex.P.15 and other documents filed in the writ petition in four weeks before the 2^^^ respondent. 6. Given the facts and circumstances of the case, the^Writ Petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to file Ex.P.1 along with Ex.P.15 and other documents filed in the writ petition, enabling the 2^^ respondent to pass appropriate orders in four weeks. Thereafter, the 2^^ respondent shall pass appropriate orders, if necessary, by affording an opportunity of hearing within eight weeks from receipt of the copy of the order strictly as per law. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand dismissed.
