- On the other hand, learned Government Pleader for Irrigation furnished written instructions dated 24.01.2024 issued by the 7^'^ respondent, wherein, it is admitted that the petitioner > is entitled for an amount of Rs.47,57,393/-. Due to non-release of LOG, the bill was not uploaded in the CFMS portal.Soonafter release of the LOG, bill amount will be paid to the petitioner.
