Sambasiva Pratap, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has preferred another writ petition with the same cause in W.P.No. 5641 of 2024 and the same is pending before this Court. Therefore, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition.
Recording the submissions of learned counsel for the petitioner, directed the petitioner to pursue the writ petition in W.P.No.5641 of 2024 for redressal of his grievance.
Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel, interlocutory applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
