Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is filed praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue writ, order or directions more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring the proceedings in Ref.No.C2/1343/2021, dated 25.05.2022 of the respondent No.3, restoring the authorization of F.P. Shop dealer in favour of the 5th respondent without conducting any enquiry and without application of mind as illegal, arbitrary, colourable exercise of power and contrary to the A.P. State

Targeted Public Distribution System (Control) Orders, 2018, apart from being violative of Articles 14, 19, and 21 of the Constitution of India, set aside the same and consequently direct the respondents to supply the Essential Commodities to the petitioner F.P. shop.

The learned counsel for the petitioner addressed a letter dated 04.11.2024 to the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court to list the case, as the petitioner is not willing to continue the proceedings and sought permission to withdraw the case. Accordingly, the matter is listed today under the caption ‘For Withdrawal’. As such, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
