This Writ Petition is filed by the petitioner, under^Article226 of the Constitution of India, seeking the following^relief:

“....issue a writ order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondent police in not registering any First Information Report on the complaint dated, 02.03.2024 given by the Petitioner and not investigating the crime regarding illegally sexual harassment of women at work place by the 5th Respondent and others is arbitrary, illegal and

violative of Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution^of India and violative of Section 154 and 156 of Criminal Procedure Code and consequently direct the Respondent Nos. 4 and 5 to register the F.I.R and investigate into the offences to pass ”

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home. Perused the^record. 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home on instructions would submit that police registered a^case in Crime No.57 of 2024, under Section 354 D and 506 of IPC of^Yadiki Police Station and investigated into the case. Charge^sheetwas also filed on 18.07.2024 before the learned Judicial First Class Magistrate, Tadipatri and cognizance is awaited.

In that view of the matter, this Court is of the considered view that no further orders are required in present writ petition and same can be disposed of.

Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of at the^stageof admission. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if^any, pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
