This Writ Petition is filed impugning the proceedings vide Rc.No.45/DEO/2024 dated 20.06.2024 issued by the 4'^ respondent relieving the petitioner from the post of Additional^{ProjectCoordinator} for Samagra Shiksha, Kurnool, as illegal and arbitrary.

Heard Sri M.Srikanth, learned counsel assisted by Sri P.Sai Surya Teja, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri R.S.Manidhar F^ingali, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services for Respondents 1 & 2 and Smt.R.Sudha Rani, learned standing^counsel for Respondents 3 to 5.

A Counter affidavit was filed by the 5*^ respondent on behalf of respondents 1 to 4.

At the hearing, Sri M.Srikanth, the learned counsel confined his arguments and urged that the petitioner was not relieved properly according to the transfer order dated 31.01.2024 and hence, she did not report to the transferee department. He would also submit that if the 5^'^ respondent relieves the petitioner properly by taking over charge, the petitioner will report before the transferee department. He also would submit that the petitioner is on leave.

D. Sri V.Nageswara Rao, learned counsel representing Smt.R.Sudha Rani, learned standing counsel for respondents 3 to 5 would submit that if the petitioner approaches the respondent, then the respondent will take over charge from the petitioner.

In reply, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner will appear before the 5*^ respondent within a week and hand over the charge.

Given the facts and circumstances of the case coupled^withthe submissions by the learned counsel for the petitioner, without going into the merits of the matter, this Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage, with the consent of both the counsel directing the

petitioner to approach the 5*^ respondent within a^{weekandhandover} charge to 5^^ respondent. Thereafter, the 5*^ respondent^shallpass
