In the present petition, the petitioner seeks direction for reconstruction of the record pertaining to C.G. No.889 of 2004 on the file of the learned V Metropolitan Magistrate, Visakhapatnam.

It is stated that the petitioner had applied for a certified copy of the order dated 16.0S.2009 in C.C. No.889 of 2004, which, however, has not been given on account of the missing bundle.

Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents states that the certified copy has been since provided .to the petitioner on 11.07.2023 and therefore, there is no need for issuing direction with regard to reconstruction of the concerned file.

In that view of the matter, no direction needs to be issued. The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.

Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
