Be that as it may, in view of the statement so made, W.P.No.1606 of 2024 shall stand dismissed as withdrawnand consequently, the interim order, which is impugnedinthepresent appeal, shall stand vacated.
In view of the above, the Writ Appeal is disposed of. No order
as to costs.
