On verifying the proceedings sheet, on an earlier occasion i.e., on 03.09.2024, as there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner, the matter was directed to be listed on 17.09.2024 for hearing, finally.

Today also, when the matter is taken up for hearing,^no representation on behalf of the petitioner. It seems that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the case.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non prosecuting. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, interlocutory applications, if any pending, shall stands closed.
