ORDER:
Mr.V.Sai Sri Harsha, learned counsel representing Mr.P.Nagendra Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the cause in the writ petition does not survive and the writ petition has rendered infructuous due to afflux of time, hence, prayed to dismiss the writ petition.
In view of the said submission of the learned counsel, the Writ
Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall
stand closed.
