Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and thelearnedSenior Counsel for the respondent Election Commission.
- This writ petition is filed questioning the action of the respondents in not considering the representation/legal notice dated 29.03.2024 sent by the petitioner to the respondents with a request to takeactionfortransferof167 employees, whose selections were set aside by thiscourtfromthedutiesof 2024 General Elections.

- Both the learned counsels submits that though their appointment orders are under challenge before the Division Bench of thiscourtwhereininterim orders are granted directing them to continue in the service, the respondent Commission has not received any kind of complaint againsttheseofficerswho are trained for the Election purposes to act as ElectionOfficers.
- Since the learned Senior Counsel said that they would consider the representation, liberty is given to dispose of the representation of the petitioner by the respondent Election Commission.
- Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed off. Thereshallbenoorderas to costs.
