The Civil Judge (Senior Division) has addressed a letter, dated 07.02.2025, to the Registrar Judicial of this Court, seeking further time, on the ground that the trial in the matter is going on andsomemoretimeisneeded for disposal of the case.
In the circumstances, further time is granted till 30.09.2025,fordisposal of the suit.
