The respondent had filed O.S.No.31 of 2020 in the Court of the learned Principal Senior Civil Judge, Madanapalle fordeclarationoftitleover the Plaint Schedule Property and for grant of permanent injunction. This suit was filed against the 2"^ respondent. During the pendency of the suit, the petitioner herein had filed I.A.No.33 of 2021, sought to implead herself in the suit, on the ground that the property in question belongstoherandthatsheis required to be impleaded as a defendant, failing which, her rights would be affected and there would be multiplicity of proceedings.
- This application was filed in the year 2021 and thesaidsuithasbeen pending before the Trial Court.
- Aggrieved by the inaction of the Trial Court in disposing of her application to implead herself, the petitioner has approached this Court by way of this present Civil Revision Petition.
