As per the Case Information System (CIS), the main Appeal A.S.No.40 of 2017 is allowed on 09.12.2019.
The Civil Revision Petition is, therefore, dismissed as infructuous.
There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous
applications, if any, pending shall stand closed.
