This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India against the order in I.A.No.114 of 2024 in O.S.No.232 of 2024 dated 03.04.2024 on the file of the Court of Principal Junior Civil Judge, Nellore under Order XXXIX rule 1 and 2 CPC r/w Section 151 CPC to restrain the respondents/defendants and their men from interfering with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the petitioner over the petition schedule property.
