The present Criminal Petition was filed to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.52 of 2015 on the file of the learned I Additional Junior Civil Judge, Bhimavaram, West Godavari District.
Sri Durga Siva Sai, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that C.C.No.52 of 2015 on the file of the learned I Additional Junior Civil Judge, Bhimavaram, West GodavariDistrict was ended in acquittal.
In view of the representation made by learned counselforthe petitioners, the present Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pendinginthis Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
