This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., seeking to quash the proceedings against petitioner/accused No.5 in Crime No.115 of 2021, dated 08.09.2021 of Addateegala Police Station, East Godavari District.
- When the matter is taken up today for consideration, Mr.P.Varun Kumar, learned counsel representing Mr.K.M.Krishna Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, informed this Court that he submitted a letter dated 19.08.2024 before the Registry for withdrawal, which is placed on record, and hence seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition.
- Permission is accorded.
- Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
