ORDER:
The present criminal petition is filed seeking to call for the records pertaining to FIR No.7 of 2019 on the fileofBommuruPolice Station, Rajamahendravaram Urban District and to quashthesame. 2. The Bommuru Police registered a crime for the offences punishable under Sections 447, 354, 34 of IPC and Sections 3(l)(s), 3(2)(va) SC ST POA Act.
- The learned Special Assistant Public Prosecutor wouldsubmit that after the investigation, the Police referred thematterasfalsecase and furnished the proceedings of investigation conducted by the Police
Officer of Bommuru Police Station. 4. In view of the submission made by the learned SpecialAssistant Public Prosecutor, nothing survives for adjudication in the present criminal petition.
- Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is closed.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this
criminal petition shall stand closed.
