The instant petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 is filed by the Petitioner/Accused No.2, seeking to quash the proceedings against her in Crime^No.12 of 2020 on the file of Kanekal Police Station, Ananthapur District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 416, 471 and 406 of the Indian Penal Code. 2.
