The instant petition under Section 482 of the CodeofCriminal Procedure, 1973 (in short Cr.P.C.”) has been filed by the petitioners/Accused Nos.l to 5, seeking quashment of the proceedings against them in F.l.R.No.97 of 2020 of Nunna Police Station, Vijayawada City, registered under Sections 498-A of Indian Penal Code, 1860 (in short l.P.C.’) and Sections 3 Ss 4 of DowryProhibitionAct. 2.
