During such meetings, Sri Srinivas Rao Nadendia, ex-Managing Director had submitted an affidavit dated 27.10.2023 on a non-judicial stamp paper with regard to the present position of the assets of the company. In the affidavit, it is mentioned that the company had taken land situated at Nidamanuru Village, old Krishna District on lease for a period of 10 years for the purpose of establishing the readymix concrete unit and they constructed temporary structure on the rented land; that thereafter, the company (in liquidation) had purchased the plant & machinery by taking finance from M/s.SREI Equipment Finance Private Limited; that due to bad market conditions, they could not run the business and were unable to repay the loan taken from M/s.SREI Equipment Finance Private Limited and hence, M/s SREI Equipment Finance Private Limited had seized the plant & machinery, office furniture, computers, vehicles etc., and sold the same in the year 2014 and adjusted the sale consideration towards their loan amount and as such, no assets are left with the company in liquidation as on the date of winding up order, exceptcashinhandofan amount of Rs. 5,580/-.
