This contempt case is filed against the respondents^{forwillfuldisobedience} of the orders dated 17.11.2023 passed by this Court^{inW.P.No.19369of2023.}

When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is observed from the proceeding^ sheet that on 20.09.2024, learned counsel for the respondents^{furnishedwritten} instructions dated 19.09.2024, wherein it is stated that the amount claimed by the petitioner was paid. Learned counsel for the petitioner sought time for getting instructions and the matter was posted to today i.e., 23.09.2024. But today, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

In view of the instructions dated 19.09.2024, the order dated 17.11.2023 passed by this Court in W.P.No.19369 of 2023 has been complied with, and hence, no further orders are required to be passed in the contempt case.

Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed. No order^astocosts.
