ORDER :
When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri K.Vijaya Raj Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, sought permission of this Court to withdraw the present Contempt Case, giving liberty to the petitioner to avail remedies, if necessity arises, to that effect he has also filed a letter dated 08.02.2024 in the Registry.
In view of the above letter, permission is accorded.
Accordingly, the Contempt Case is dismissed as withdrawn giving liberty to the petitioner to avail alternative remedies. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
