The Court made the following:
ORDER
This contempt case is filed against the respondents for willful disobedience
of the orders dated 01.05.2023 passed by this Court in W.P.No.4845 of 2023.
When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the respondents furnished written instructions dated 17.04.2024, wherein it is stated
that the order of this Court dated 01.05.2023 has complied with and he also filed
acknowledgment issued by the petitioner that he received the entire amount.
Therefore, the grievance of the petitioner is redressed and the order of this Court
has been complied with, and hence, no further orders are required to be passed
in the contempt case.
Considering the same, the Contempt Case is closed. No order as to costs.
Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in the contempt
case shall stand closed.
