When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri Narendra Babu, learned counsel representing learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondents have compliedwith the orders dated 24.11.2023 passed by this Court in W.P.No.8869of 2023 and hence, no further orders are required to be passed in the contempt case.
Recording the said submission, the Contempt Case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in the contempt case shall stand closed.
