Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue Writ order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus directing the 2^nd Respondent to consider the application of the Petitioner to renew her term 2nd time as Assistant Government Pleader for the Junior Civil Judge, Court Kuppam, Chittoor District for further period of 3 years as per Guidelines and Rules framed under G.O.M's No.118 Law (L), dated 2806-1999 and Instructions issued U/G.O. Ms. No.187 Law (L), dated 06-12-2000 and consequently direct the^2"d Respondent to renew the term of the Petitioner as Assistant Government Pleader as 2^nd time.

The present writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the

Constitution of India seeking the following relief:

Respondent to consider the application of the Petitioner to renew her term 2nd time as Assistant Government Pleader for the Junior Civil Judge Court Kuppam Chittoor District for further period of 3 years as per Guidelines and Rules framed under G.O.Ms.No.118 Law (L), dated 28.06.1999 and Instructions issued U/G.O.Ms.No.187 Law (L) dated 06.12.2000 and consequently direct the^2nd Respondent to renew the term of the Petitioner Assistant Government Pleader as 2nd time and pass such other order or further orders..."

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Assistant Government Pleader submitted that one Smt.U.Mythreyi, Advocate is appointed as Assistant Government Pleader in the Court of Junior Civil Judge, Kuppam, Chittoor District vide proceedings in G.O.Rt.No.207 dated 26.06.2023.

In view of the submission made by the learned Government Pleader, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to challenge the proceedings referred to supra.

In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel, the Writ Petition is disposed of, leaving it open to the petitioner to challenge the proceedings in G.O. Rt. No.207 dated
